We deliver to all postal addresses of the country. Our customers are requested to kindly provide the detailed address along with the pin code or the zip code of the location. We also sometimes postpone the delivery date if the customer informs that he or she will not be present at the location on that day. Our courier agents are given the responsibility to take the sign confirmations from the customers.

- It is our responsibility to reach your favorite choices to your doorstep safely and promptly. If by any chance, the product is lost or stolen on the way, it will be our responsibility to inform our customers and deliver the same product to the customer with no extra charge.
SHIPMENT AND TRACKING DETAILS
- An email regarding the shipment of the order will be sent to you after you have placed the order. The email contains the tracking details including the tracking number and the link. You can also check the same on the order status page by logging in to your account on our website. It may take a few hours to activate the tracking number or show the tracking details.
REQUEST FOR CHANGING DELIVERY ADDRESS
- Once you have placed the order, you cannot alter the delivery address. However, you can request for the alteration prior to 24 hours of placing the order. You can use our mail ID to request or can also call us for the same.
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
- Please make a note that the delivery address is absolutely correct. In case of any incorrect details, the product will not be able to reach you. We will not be responsible for this. In case of reshipping the same order, customers may have to bear the extra shipping charge sometimes.
TIME FOR SHIPPING
- As soon as the order is placed, you will receive an email and a message on your contact number from our end. The message will contain the estimated time needed to deliver your item. The product may be shipped later or earlier depending upon the availability of the item, the distance, and a few more factors. It is advisable to get in touch with us along with the order code to know the exact shipping time. If you place order of two or more products together, we can choose to deliver them separately or altogether.
VAT AND CUSTOM DUTIES

We cannot predict where these charges can occur. The courier agents or the sellers may ask for some additional service charges. This is entirely our responsibility.
